This guide is here to help you feel at home in your Client Hub — at your own pace, no rush.
Sign In and Get Settled
Log in with your email and password, or use Google to sign in in one click. Once you are in, your dashboard is your home base — bookmark it for quick access any time.
Upload Your Documents
Head to the Upload Centre to send us your files securely. Choose the right category — bookkeeping, branding, receipts, and more — so everything stays organised. Drag and drop or browse from your device.
Access Your Monthly Content
Each month, your ready-to-use marketing content appears in the Content section — posts, captions, reels ideas, email templates and Canva links. Download what you need and share with confidence.
View and Pay Your Invoices
All your invoices are listed in the Invoices section with their status. Paid invoices can be downloaded as PDFs. For pending invoices, contact us directly and we will make payment easy.
Raise a Support Request
Need a hand? Submit a support ticket with your subject, message and priority level. We will respond promptly and you can track all your open and closed tickets from the same page.
Book a Call with Tracy
Use the built-in Calendly booking widget to pick a time that suits you — whether it is a support call, strategy session, or monthly review. Or fill in the request form and we will arrange a time together.
Browse the Resources Library
Your Resources section is filled with guides, checklists, templates and worksheets to help your business grow. Search by keyword or filter by category to find exactly what you need.
Upgrade Your Package
When you are ready for more support, head to the Upgrade page to see all available service tiers. Click Request Upgrade and we will reach out to discuss the best fit for your business.
